Is the price per group or per angler?

The price is per group. Price includes 2 anglers. Add a 3rd angler for $50.

Do I need a fishing license?

Yes, you will need a freshwater Texas fishing license. Those under the age of 17 do not need a license. You can purchase this license at any sporting goods store including Walmart. Also online on the Texas Parks and Wildlife Website.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Yes I work with multiple other fishing guides in this area. I can guide up to 3 anglers in my boat and can arrange to have enough boats to accomadate your party. If you plan on booking with a large group please give me a call at 512-970-5001 to discuss the details so we can have all the necessary equipment.

Can I bring a cooler?

Both of my boats have large coolers on the boat. I provide plenty of ice and water. Anything other than that you can bring with you to add to the cooler. No food is provided. There are restaurants on the lake that we can pit stop at and eat if you choose to.

Do I need to bring my own rod and tackle?

Feel free to bring your own equipment. I do provide spinning rods and light tackle. If you choose to bring your own rods we can touch base over a phone call and I can go over rigging and the techniques we will be using.

Can I keep the bass we catch?

I am a catch and release guide service. If you do want to keep bass Im not going to stop you. You will need to provide your own cooler with ice to keep fish.

Are children allowed?

Children 5 and older are allowed to participate.

Where and when will we meet? Can you pick me up from my dock?

Depending on what lake or river we are fishing I will advise a meeting time and location. I launch at multiple different boat ramps in order to access different parts of the lake or rivers. Most of my trips start around sun up.  If you are located on a lake and would like to be picked up from your dock I can certainly do so.

Do we reschedule for bad weather?

I will not cancel fishing trips for scattered showers. The start time and end time might change in order to dodge rain and that will be decided on the day before the trip. If the weather is going to make it dangerous to be out on the water I will reschedule. Expect a phone call a day or 2 before the trip if the weather is questionable.

 â€‹â€‹

What happens if I cancel my trip? Do I get my deposit back?

If you call and cancel the trip within a week (7 Days) of your trip you will get a full refund. If you simply just need to reschedule your trip please give me a call to discuss other open dates.
